Collection consists of a writ issued by R. Ellis Cunliffe, solicitor, detailing the testimony of Octavius Narberth against Charles Willis, master of the British ship “Haslingden,” on misdemeanor charges of “neglect to keep so as to be at all times fit and ready for use certain life boats of his ship.” The writ is dated November 30, 1908.
